Moscow Radisson Resort Zoning Approval: Hospitality, Recreational, Planning

Transitioning from the Industrial Age to the Technological Age

The Radisson is a 250,000-square-foot resort hotel, condominium, and convention complex on the Moscow River, proposed as the reuse of a former brownfield.

Rezoning would reclassify industrial land for hospitality and recreation and support a public riverfront park that restores access to the water and repairs a gap in the city’s open-space network.

Reclamation addresses existing industrial conditions so the site can support parkland, paths, and new construction while improving the river’s edge.

The result is a mixed-use campus that pairs economic activity with a durable public realm—and a clearer relationship between the city and theriver.
