William Penn Charter School—the oldest private school in the United States—occupies land given by William Penn to the Quakers.

The commission develops visualizations and building designs for a campus-wide master plan and investor package.

The work includes a new Lower School Building and a Field House, both sited next to the school’s existing football field.

The design ties new academic and athletic facilities to campus life, landscape, and the school’s historic setting—clear, buildable concepts that help leadership and investors see the next chapter of the campus.
