To boost downtown Clarksburg’s vibrancy, the Goff Building’s new ownership group engaged Sakoian International to transform multiple spaces into dynamic live-work-play environments.

The ground floor retail spaces were re-imagined as innovative office spaces, while the upper floor was converted into a live-work shared environment.
