A multiple award-winning multi-span bridge replacement project spanning over Perquimans River. The new crossing connects Hertford and Winfall, North Carolina. Architect of Record services for the control tower were provided in partnership with NC Department of Transportation, bridge design by RK&K and movable span by H&H.
