A feasibility and investor design prepared for the Charleston Urban Renewal Authority (CURA) reimagines a retail area within an industrial warehouse through a confident exterior renovation—turning underused structure into a hub for retail, restaurant, and community events.

The project joins civic purpose with private investment, in partnership with the City of Charleston.
